Having grown up in Scotland, Emma gained a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Essex before beginning her career in Finance. Emma went on to further her academic standing by completing an MBA with the Open University and her Professional Certificate in Coaching with Henley Business School. She is also qualified to use a number of psychometric instruments including MBTI Step II, KAI, Insights and PROPHET.
