Some recent examples of Emma’s achievements in this area are:
Delivered a new people proposition spanning 6,000 people in 19 countries for a $1bn business over an 18 month period to redefine the sales management proposition for Relationship Managers. This included coaching, capability development, individual management and development and transformed the Wealth Business across HSBC.
Responsible for establishing the foundation from which all learning is designed and delivered across HSBC’s Retail and Wealth Management business. This represents c. 100k employees across 36 countries.
Change
Emma has a proven track record of delivering the people aspects of strategic change programmes across complex, highly matrixed organisations. Most recently she devised an alternative approach to flagship training delivered across 52 countries to 40,000 staff reducing global deployment timelines by 3 months and costs by $3.5m whilst ensuring learning was embedded and sustained and delivered faster benefits realisation.
